What is Søndergade 1?
Søndergade 1 is both an office, a co-working space, and a place where we work. Here you can come and work alone or together with others.
The space is set up like a café with a bar, fully equipped kitchen, desks, and meeting room – a place where you can feel welcome and at home.

Entrepreneurs, professionals from all industries, students, writers, artists – in short, anyone who wants an inspiring place to work.

Can I drop by and work?
Yes! Everyone is generally welcome when we are open.
If it’s your first time, just stop by and say hello first – after that, you can come whenever it suits you.

Can I have a meeting here?
Yes! Stop by, introduce yourself, and feel free to use the space for meetings – both alone and with guests.

Can I use Søndergade 1 without working?
No. Søndergade 1 is a workplace.
If you just want to hang out with friends, we recommend the many great cafés, restaurants, and pubs in Sakskøbing and the surrounding area – we do not wish to compete with them.

Can I rent the place for private events?
No. There are already many great options in the area for private gatherings.

Coffee, tea, water, etc.
You can always buy coffee, tea, soft drinks, water, beer, etc. at cost price. Everything is self-service: you brew your own coffee and clean up after yourself.

Fixed desk: From 0 DKK/month to 2,000 DKK/month – drop by and hear more.
Flex: Become a regular part of the community, come when you want – maybe with your own key. We will find a price that suits your budget.
Drop-by: Free, perfect for students, entrepreneurs, or occasional meetings.

Michael Nilsson. I run the internet company
AddEvent.com headquartered in San Francisco.
I have built a company in the USA (and lived 6 years in Silicon Valley) and still, together with my ~20 colleagues worldwide, run one of the world’s leading calendar and event services.
